Bangladesh is a relatively densely populated country in the world and the economy is not that much flourished. Having some barriers in the financial situation, the real estate industry is growing rapidly.
I have been working as a digital marketing expert since 2015 and found a number of marketing strategies to promote real estate items in Bangladesh.
Through my personal experience and in depth research I found some really effective ways to do digital marketing to achieve the marketing goals: branding, lead generation, sales and sales funnel creation.

1. Develop your product based on the customer’s need:

Since the internet is everywhere and people are surfing all over the world , they must be looking for the property reviews and have their own favourite YouTube video channel, instagram influencers and other social media influencers for sure.
Simply offer the social media influencers to promote your company and items to their audience and get traffic to your targeted product page/landing page. Simply drive them into your sales funnel and convert them as a customer. Use Youtube video makers, use bloggers, participate in business podcasts/interviews etc.
7. Prepare your own visuals of the products and services:
There is a saying that the more people see the more people buy. Prepare stunning product visuals, make some 3D animation if the property/product is not ready yet, do professional product photography and videography, write blogs about your product/property and publish it on every possible place on the internet.
Please do not forget to add a minimum one single call to action (CTA) element in the content. Email ID, Phone number, website address, social media links are considered as CTA elements to take action: so add any one inside your content.
8. Press Release:

Use your existing customer data:

Strategic promotional content planning and publishing the contents can be super beneficial for any real estate companies.
